It had to be said...Who Let The Dogs Out?!
I love creating with this new Playful Pets suite...can you tell?! I've already mentioned that I'm Team Dog, so this easy card was a must. I was inspired by Susanne Netz and decided to give this three-panel card a try. I think I will trim down the three pieces of DSP a bit more the next time I make this card, and perhaps mat the panels. I love mixing and matching sentiments from various stamp sets. Can you guess which set this sentiment is from?
Here's how I made this card:
- Cinnamon Cider card base cut to 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"; burnish with bone folder for a crisp crease.
- Cut a piece of DSP to 4" x 5-1/4" and then trim down to three 4" x 1-3/4" pieces.
- Pop each of the three panels up using Dimensionals.
- Stamp in Real Red ink the "You're Kind Of A Big Deal" sentiment from the Whale Done stamp set. Cut out the sentiment using one of the Tasteful Labels dies. "Scrape" the Real Read ink pad along the edges of the die cut.
- Slip a bone shaped Trinket onto the black and white baker's twine and tie into a knot on the front of this label. Pop up with Dimensionals.
- Cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 4" x 5-1/4" for the interior panel and adhere a strip of leftover DSP to the left side. I used DSP with pet hair on it! Purrfect, right?!
